Welcome to The Old Town Saginaw Association

Who We Are

The Old Town Saginaw Association is an all volunteer membership organization which began during the 1930's. It started as West Side Businessmen's Association  which became the West Side Civic Association in 1959. Out of that came the current Association when it incorporated as a 501(c)3 in 1981.

We are governed by a Board of Directors elected annually by the membership. Our funding is obtained from membership dues, contributions from corporate and private donors, and events. Contributions are tax deductible.

Our officers and directors are:

  • Betsy de Parry, President
  • Russ Inman, Vice President
  • Greg LaMarr, Secretary
  • Dyann Fulgencio, Treasurer
  • Alex de Parry, Past President
  • Jennifer Bolt
  • Tim Mangan
  • Lonnie Paser
  • Steve Snow

We meet monthly on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM.
